Parties, events, and loud music are strictly prohibited. A £250 penalty will apply if this rule is broken. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours and future guests.

Photo ID verification may be required prior to confirming your booking. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for all guests.

A £250 damage deposit will be pre-authorised before your stay. This is fully refundable after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition
